There's a Hiatus Pun Here Somewhere...

After putting away my brewkettle for several months, I've finally gotten back to homebrewing this year.  Three batches in less than three weeks have gone all but perfectly, and target gravities have been within 2% (that's really good).

So yay.

Also: expect there to be a lot of beer that needs drinking soon.

Cherry Dubbel

Made with ten pounds of two types of cherries and aged for a year.
